The Man

Why do the corporations feel like they can treat the little guy like he does not exist? They treat us like crap, stepping on us like we are ants in the wrong place at the wrong time. As "ants" we get the raw end of every deal, we have no opinion in what happens in the corporation, in which we pour about 25% of our lives every year. The only thing these corporations want is money. They want you to work harder, faster, and longer so they make more money, but do we see that money no because they want it all for themselves. Do they think that we don't realize that we know they have screwed us over? Do they realize that if they didn't have us that they wouldn't make the same amount of money? They should compensate their employees for the work they do instead of paying them as little as possible. These corporations should make their employees happy, since it has been proven that a happier work environment makes more productive employees. In my opinion, if employers compensated their employees for the amount of work that they produce instead of whatever they think they can away with. Their employees would be willing to produce more.
